As far as I am aware the 1.21 patch is not available yet! So you must be talking about the 1.2 patch?
The 1.2 patch still works fine for me and I can still play with my original mini image! So if you are having problems with your CD Key then take Joe's advice and contact the publisher if you think someone may have stolen your Key! Btw, sometimes when I log on I recieve the 'wrong password' message but when I log on again it is all ok! It happens very rarely though! Maybe you are just experiencing a minor problem? Also Gamespy performs maintence on Battlefield 2, for 3 hours every Monday night, so maybe you are having problems when trying to log on during these 3 hours? They do say you may experience log in problems during this time. Read more about it on the EA site.
