Can't play online with Neverwinter Nights Platinium!

I have this version, the DVD version with both addons, Hordes of the Underdark and Shadows of Undrentide.

When I try to play online I get the following error: Wrong CD key.

Anyone knows how to fix this?
Any ideas, send an e-mail to starriol********com please.
