POP3 No-DVD/Fixed EXE

Although I've purchased the original disc of the game, cause I'm fan of these 3 POP series , I've noticed that a gamefix for this game came up and I tried to reinstall the game and just see if it works. I don't know if this fix works for a specific group-release or version of the game, but I know that it doesn't work with the UK original version of the game. I get exactly the same error message as if I try to run the game with the disk not present in the drive.
