Ooga Booga PAL 60hz fix?

I just played my Ooga Booga backup, wonderful game btw, but it is in 50hz

I used PAL Patcher but it cannot find anything, its not a wince game, but i think there is something encrypted.

Anyone ever figured out how to play this game in 60hz, its so slow now
