you guys ever seen this kinda thing??

im trying to help little bro to backup his game (he just got chipped)- hes in cali, im in ny, so were doing it over the comp. hes burned 3 games and 1 works..normal at first i guess. but the other 2 from what he says, the screen rolls vertically nonstop. looks like the games working fine, but ya cant play cuz the screen just rolls and rolls. i saw it on his webcam (hard for me to see tho) it looks to be black and white, and he said he can kinda make out the word display? in the rolling. his tvs new so theres no "v-hold"..ha ha. any ideas? not sure which prog he back'd up w/ cuz i gave him a short list of 1's to pick. but it'd be like him to go off and try to find his own, so who knows. long stories over, but ne1 ever see a display roll like that on a bad burn/bad read. ive always just got works or dont work. letme know
