Original .exe file for Battlefield Vietnam to update to play online?

Where could I find the original .exe file for Battlefield Vietnam to update to play online? I realize I could just reinstall the game but then I would loose my current updates. I only have slow 56k so cant afford to upgrade from 0 again. Any ideas?
