Star Wars Republic Commando trainer problem

Hi, I use to use a trainer for Star Wars Republic Commando and had no problems at all. Then I stopped playing the game for a while, and then when I played the game the other day, the game crashed when I activated the trainer. I've tried other trainers, but they all caused the game to crash. Yes even after a reinstall of the game. I haven't altered my pc in anyway at all. The game runs perfectly till I try and use a trainer for it. Any help would be apreciated. Thanks
