All u have to do is add the exe to the directory and make a shortcut to the exe so u can start it from the desktop. jrwriter, thanx for the reply bro! I read your post before mine, and I completely hear what you're saying, but I guess that that's where my problem lies... I've put off playing this game till the second patch came out, hopeing that they'd fix the problem that many users on their official forums have been having, including the fact that many peeps, like myself, with the original DVD can't play because of issues with SR7 not recognizing the rom drive or the DVD itself as valid. I've done everything in my power to try and remedy this problem, including upgrading my drive's firmware, etc., but nothing seems to work. That's why I hope a no DVD crack designed to work with, as opposed to around, the second patch will come out soon. Either that or some clever way to get around needing the DVD in the drive. Either way, I'm tired of waiting to play a game that came out months ago
