Firstly you need to be able to copy in raw mode and I don't think there are any DVD burners that can do that.
Secondly Nero is a piece of garbage and is only used by those who think that overbloated software will actually do anything. The best programs for copying PSX games are, in order, Alcohol120%, CloneCD and Goldenhawk's CDRWin. Depending on the type of protection used you may need to apply a patch to the image in which case the preferred copying software is CDRWin for the simple reason that all PSX patches were written to be applied to CDRWin's .bin file format. Patches can be found at megagames.
