DUMMYING A CDI FILE

I have problems burning cdi files. Sometimes, I use CDIRIP, and get a single BIN/CUE file which I can dummy with dummy add (BTW for some reason autodummy files will not be recognized by my burner). However, I sometimes get a BIN/CUE file and some audio tracks. When this happens, I cannot use dummy add, as it will not take into consideration the audio files. For this, is there a prog which will work from the cue file (taking into consideration the audio such as auto dummy???).
Also, I sometimes get 2 Bin files and 2 cue files. When I try and dumma one of the 2, I get a message saying that they are not a multiple of 3252.

Can anybody help, I need to dummy files such as MR driller and Vathelte which are too small.
