Question about PoP3 SFCloneCD ?

I love this forums , many people help each other

Well , I'm downloading the new version of PoP3 , it's 3 CDs , from MIRROR

when I'm reading the NFO , I stopped on one thing

Is it the CD Writer or the CD ?
