Civilization IV Mini Image Problem

I'm kindof a noob when it comes to CD/DVD images, I downloaded the mini image from gamecopyworld, and I have Alcohol 120%. I mounted the image with alcohol, and I still can't run the game. I have CIV to 1.52 patch, and I am aware that there is not a no cd crack for 1.52. Maybe there is some emulation thing I need to enable? If you could help me, it would be much appreciated
