FIFA 06 problem

I am (trying

running this game on windows 2003 and cant.I buy thiis game so this is no copy but i cant run this game, all i can see is still image of fifa 2006 and back to desktop?Does this game run on this windows?I dont have this problem with other games.Also tried image and mini-image.
