battlefront 2 game characters stutter problem

i installed battlefront 2 , but when i start the game the game runs fine but the characters animation is not right , they stutter and then again after some time when all the soldiers are runing here and there they again stutter , i dont understand i played the game on the xbox and the animaiton was smooth.

dont understand why this is happening .

i have a 7800 gtx from MSI , installed d.9 c but the drivers are 75.01 i think maybe if i install the latest drivers maybe the problem goes away .

can any one else confirm this .

also i have made the image from the orginal cd with alchol , the image in most cases runs fine but most of the time it says a requires security module could not be found.

the same goes for path of neo .

need help pls
