CSS/DODS/HL2DM key /cd

ok ... before im telling you 'the story', i have to tell you that i DIDN'T stole the key or what so ever ...

about the regster about a game on steam:
you have to but the cd/dvd inthedvd-player, so he can see, you didnt stole the cd/ found on internet

a few days ago i bought a game from a internet site, now, the problem is; when i got the game there was no CD in it, so ijust called them, 'i don't have a cd in the box + blablabla' ...
Answer: that isn't possible, it is always been checked if the cd is in the box, so; or you are lying now, are someone at the mailservice has got it out, please contact you mail service ...

so there like 1 thing i can do [I dunno if it works, but you gotta try, right ?]
- make a fake cd, with orginal dvd-label; so he sees ive got the org. dvd

but how do i make a fake cd / dvd image; so i can register it...
