Help with Soldier of Fortune ripping and backing up???

I was hoping someone can help me out in ripping and making a working copy of soldier of fortune. I have ripped the info and one file alone is 735mb(files.pak). I have no Idea what to do from this point. I have searched for a guide and have not found anything to help. So if anyone has made their own backup of Soldier of Fortune please help me. I am using a BBA and Echelon's tutorials. I have been able to backup other games and successfully self-boot them, but can't even get this game on a CD-R. HELP!!! :'(
