I actually feel sorry for her and her family. You only have to see the look on the little girls face to see that she doesnt understand what is going on with her mother. The mother is obviously sick in some way?
Unfortunately it is the kids who are the ones really suffering! Religion and beliefs can be a strange thing and is the main reason a lot of the world is currently at war.
