Unhappy Path of neo trouble

Well i just got a version of The Path of Neo ive got the disk in i start it and and then for some reason it goes all wired
Let me explain what i mean i get a black screen,then white and finally 3 little dark squares on the screen, a white box in the top right corner and its flickers white... so much so its enough to give somebody a fit.
can somebody help me...
Specs:
356MB RAM
Pentium III
Geforce 2 GTS/PRO
and 10GB of Space left

And do say they aint minimum specs it says they are on this site
