Pro Evoulution Soccer 5 Problem Someone Help Please!!!!!

i have downloaded the game via a torrent. installed it and put in the serial code , installation worked fine.
also they given me a no cd crack which i used and it works because it doesnt pop up with a message saying enter disc. the problem is it doesnt want to start up, it says " PES5.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. this also happens when im trying to open settings.exe.

my computer specifications are P4 3GHz 1GB ram and 128 ati radeon card

i no my way arounda computer and have downloaded many games which have worked i cant seen to fix this problem

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME HELP
