omfg help please

please help me i have had too put xp bk on pc from new i have loaded medal of hounor alied asult thats ok but i try too pach with 1.11 patch but it say worning can not find or locate the medal of houner game please help it was ok before i did new in stall i have now riped pc again but still doing it y
