Iam trying to create a NO-CD crack

This is definately not as easy as you may think! It takes a lot of knowledge and you wont do it overnight!

I have a borrowed copy of the game from my friend.

Then give it back and purchase your own copy! If your friend has the game installed on his system and then you install it onto your system then you are breaking the EULA (End Users License Agreement). Again Read the Forum Rules.
