BROADBAND ADAPTER compatible on PAL DCs? URGENT PLZ!

HI!

AFAIK the BBAs where only sold in Japan a while ago, which means they're designed for NTSC consoles, but I read a week ago about someone from Germany buying and making one to work fine.

Do BBAs work on PAL DCs? AFAIK NTSC / PAL only applies to VIDEO, so it does not have anything to do with the LAN connection to anywhere... I assume it referrs to passport software included, but since I have a NTSC compatible TV, it will work fine, RIGHT?
