Psychotoxic Crash everytime after level 7 or 8

I also have the Game called Psychotoxic
This is a good game & would like to keep it & when playing the game wether its on my PC or a friends PC (Testing Purpose) after level 7 or 8 it will crash all the time & can not seem to fix it. It also does not matter wether it is played from the Original or Crack, it says OpenGL error #436

Ok but where is the Actual Patch v1.05 as I can only get a Patch v1.04 & this VP3 Installer v3.2.6.1 is the latest I could download. Would that be a v1.05 Patch for the game.

I am running it on a FX5200 Nvidia Card
1 Gig Ram
3 Gig Pentium CPU
