Elite Warriers: Vietnam

A frien purchase Elite Warriers: Vietnam and we tried to load it but the SOG.EXE file was bad. He doesn't have internet access. I have downloaded the tntewvn2.rar file for the Elite Warriors: Vietnam v1.03 Patch which replaces the original SOG.EXE file with the one from the File Archive. Now that I have the file I'm not sure what to do with it. I tried to open it but my computer does not recognise the file extension. Any suggestions/help is greatly appreciated.
