It should work as long as you have the Original DVD Version of Quake 4
As the .MSI File has not been modified in any way Except for Changing the Size of the Original Quake4.exe in the .MSI file. To except the No DVD Crack During the Installation process.

To sum it up quick
You will not have to physically copy the NO DVD Crack to your Installed Location as the >MSI will do it for you.
