A newbie question.

I have an image file that I would like to burn to disk. I have diskjuggler as well as CD-RWIN I also have CDfix and CDrip and have no Idea of what the hell to do with them. I tried to burn the the using #### juggler and was given an error about a command and have been instructed by other sites to use CDrip to add an extra sector to each session in order to make it readable. when I do this, they say to use CDfix and that just tells me that the header is bad or invalid.

Any benevolent souls willing to tell me where to go from here.

OH, how I long for the good old days when ***copy handled all of the dirty work behind the scenes for me.
