DVR-AO6 stopped burning. Help!

Hi im new here. I have Pioneer DVR-A06 burner. I got Pinnacle Instant cd/dvd software and have burnt loads of ps2 games. I tried to make a back up copy of Resident Evil Outbreak File 2, and Black Hawk down, which are new games just out here.
When i use pinnacle i just have to insert game and press start to copy game to virtual drive(i think thats where it goes?) couldnt be easier. It spits out game, then insert blank dvd-r and press start to back up to dvd-r.simple.

However when i press start to burn the games, a message comes up.
It reads Track 1 can not be read using sector mode: Mode 1 ISO....
what does this mean?? it wont even burn a copy of an already copied ps2 game.. I havnt changed any settings. Problem happened suddenly
Im not really technical minded so i need help to fix this problem..
Can anyone help me??
thanks
