Yes!

The Win64 patch just contains 32bit unprotected EXE's. In fact, it doesn't say which version of the game it works with but I think it's for the v1.10 patch because I get a 'Game files are corrupted' error if I use them with the retail game but not with the v1.10 patch installed.
