Works for me. So easy. Don't know why people get so much trouble with this game...

Install Dawn of War
Apply v1.01 Patch.
Apply v1.10 Patch.
Apply v1.20 Patch.
Apply v1.30 Patch.
Apply v1.40 Patch.
Install Winter Assault
Mount WA1.mdf (5355KB from gamecopyworld.com)
Play the game.
