The killerwale will not help him
 InstallShield cabinet files are AFAIK incompatible to MS cabinet files. If he uses i5comp (really the old version 5?) correct it would work. If not: Install the game, fish all registry keys and create a new installation with another setup tool (e. g. InnoSetup). This is the way I prefer to overcome those problems.
