Need Help For Rome Total War Patch V1.2

I USE A CRACK .I DONT HAVE THE ORIGINAL CD'S .
I INSTALLED THE PATCH BUT THERE IS NO MESSAGE THAT IT COULD NOT
UPDATE THE GAME.
THE OS IS WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL
