Sims 2 Add On: University + Nightlife

I installed University and Nightlife Add On.

Nightlife is no Problem, but when I want to run University it says, "this is not the newest version. Please try Nightlife instead"

What does it mean? Is Nightlife now combined with University or can I only play Nightlife ? Is University erased ?
