Hi Zulu,
This was an extremely interesting article! Because the documentation of those Starforce Tools is in Russian (?) only, I couldn't find out what exactly they do and how. Now I see this short lecture on how to fix a particular game. But can you tell us a bit more about what these configuration parameters mean?  Thanks in advance!
