Angry A little help for a noob

Every time I turn on my dreamcast I have to keep setting the internal clock. This obviously means that my internal battery is dead. I opened up the DC and I noticed it is soddered in! Does ne1 know how I can safly replace this battery and what is the battery size? Its one of those round kind and I want to get the right round battery.
