I honestly don't think anyone is going to bother cracking the update, otherwise it would have happened by now.
I'll just play it unpatched (or patched, but with the old NoCD fix. I understand that DOES work, more or less) I can't stand using my originals in the drive all the time. I don't worry so much about the disk (never had one get damaged by a drive), I worry more about my drive wearing out from spinning a disk all the time. Oh well, maybe I'll start playing it again....may as well start over since it's been awhile since I played it last.
