Final Fantasy 7 help. all steps needed :)

For those who have the game that they downloaded on the computer, can you guys tell me exactly what you did to play the game? I've downloaded it but when I try to start it says something like "Please insert disk 1, 2, or 3". I don't want this. I want to redownload the game. So please, can anyone tell me exactly where you went and did? Thanks
