Black&White Remover Problem!

Hi!

I have a problem with the Black%White Remover Patch from gamecopyworld.com and I don't know how do i use it, cause it crashed my Punisher with it, and it says that i must use MemHack, i don't know what to do? Please make a step-by-step installation please, i wanna play! :P
