Okay, so I'm pretty much a newbie at this but.

I have a standard GC (not modded/chipped/whatever) with AR (and FreeLoader).
I'm hoping to backup my games but my PC dvd burner won't even read the mini-discs. Is it because of some protection on the discs? or some other reason?
(and I don't have all the other stuff that's been talked about in here: broadband adapter and all that. I only have what I mentioned above).

EDIT: Okay, it'll be probably considered pirate talk, but just take it as a theorical question (which it is).
Since I have no current way to backup my current games, would it be possible to download images of the games I already have and burn them on mini-discs?

It's basically like asking a friend to make a backup of my games in my stead.
(If you consider it as pirate talk enough to need removing, please only remove the part after the "EDIT:" part, as it should be the only thing needing modding.)
