MechWarrior Mercs and MechWarrior Vengeance NOCD - Team Dirty

I tried at least 5 diff "fixed" exe's and "nocd" exes for mektek 1.1, 2.0, 2.1, and 2.1a and get the following for all. the old Deviance release fix for pr1 works for mektek 1.0 but thats it. wtf i do?
