1. Wrong forum, this is not a problem related to no-CD patches.
2. You should always apply the latest official update to your game, when encountering problems. 3. You should always search on a support forum, before reporting (possible) bugs. Oh, and, yes, this is a known bug with the retail release and, yes, you should update your game.
