OK here is what did, I first made an image from my cd with alcohol 120 and then installed it from that image. Next INSTALL THE 1.0 TO 1.2 PATCH I didn't realize that this is the difference between it working and not working. it took me a while to figure that one out. Now go and do the starf***** thing, disable drives, nodes with starforce nightmare, run the game. Enter key. the game should run provided you have an american version, I tried this with a uk version that I down loaded and it didn't work. sorry guys.
