Ahh yes, once you copy Cueballs msi files to the temp directory there will be a 'Programs Files' folder included. Copy the files from the C:\programs files\call of duty to the same folder in the temp folder.
If by chance I didnt include the 'programs files' folder in the Cueballs msi zip then just create one!
