Copy all the files to "ISO" format and run it from a virtual CD-ROM drive using Daemon Tools

I am a complete computer illiterate.
How do I perform: Copy all the files to "ISO" format and run it from a virtual CD-ROM drive using Daemon Tools
Th files copied are: zip file. If I extract it: one exe file and several rar files. I can extract them to the game, but the game does not wotk without the CD in the drive.
The game is last call, quite old, but fun.
