Need help ripping DOA2 to CD

I could use some help ripping DOA2 to a CD. I've looked at the Sgt. Dan tutorials, but this game is very too protected for me, i can't even copy the files to my HDD... someone please give me some hints or a tutorial on how to rip DOA2.
