Obscure 1.1 - Infinite Healt



Well, Here is the procedure to have infinite healt using cheat engine.

First of all Make sure You have some healt drink, if you have only 1 or 2 healt drink use the same procedure for unlimited Save disk (in the tutorial of DABhand for Obscure) to have unlimited Healt drink.


Run cheat engine and Obscure, load a saved game with more drink healt possible and press Alt + Tab, in the processlist of cheat engine select Obscure.

Ok now The procedure

1 - Lose some Healt
2 - Press Alt + Tab and into Cheat Engine search for a unknown initial value
3 - back to the game and restore all healt
4 - press Alt + Tab, and continue the search with increased value
5 - back to the game and go to a room without lose healt
6 - Alt + Tab and continue the search with unchanged value
7 - Lose some Healt
8 - press Alt + Tab, and continue the search with decreased value
9 - restore all healt
10 - back into cheat engine and continue the search with increased value
11 - go to another room without lose healt
12 - continue the search with unchanged values into cheat engines
13 - repeat this from Point 7 and continue to repeat Until you have the correct address (if you some address witch simultaneously increase and decrease when you use healt drink and lose Healt, add all to the address list and try the first, write Value "200" (byte type) for exemple and verify if your healt is maxed, or write value "20" (byte type) and verify if your healt is bad.
Is not the first? try with another address in list until you find it

Found it? Great!!

Now make his value on "200" (byte type) to have your healt maxed, select it and right click on it, select the option "Find out what writes this address" press Yes and go back into the game,
lose some healt and back into cheat engine

have you found "00438029"? GREAT!!!

select it and press show disassembler, the line is:

00438029 - d9 56 54 - fst [esi+54]


Select this line, right click and "Replace with code that does nothing"

Now you have:

00438029 - nop
0043802A - nop
0043802B - nop


Now come back to the game and woow! The monster try to destroy you but you are alwayss alive!
