I just remembered what I believe was one of the causes of some of my early coasters (remembered it while posting another message).
Do not "DRAG" the .CDI file onto Disc Juggler. That will not work and will result in a coaster (like the ones you've got). Instead, after going to the "CD IMAGE to CD" option, click the FOLDER icon in the SOURCE section and browse to the .CDI file you want to burn. That's what I had to figure out and after doing so I never had another Disc Juggler related coaster.
