Wierd ass disc problem

Hi Ive just played thug 2 on my ps2 and suddenly it freezed and since then the disc wont spin... acctualy it does spin but only 1/4 spin and very very slow...
i opened up the disc tray and the laser does move and show a red light but still the disc wont spin which is a problem

so pleaseeeeeee help me

P.S
i got a ps2 V7 with magic 2 V7 chip...
the laser condition is not so good but yet it works perfectly..
