True, I don't know English since it is not my first language.
I was replying to Joe's post. Opposing his suggestion to make it a forum rule.
I edited my reply to add his quote.
Please take no offense as I wasn't even talking to (or about) you.

What I meant was "Not everyone is a native speaker" instead of "everyone here isnt a native speaker (myself included)"

Again, Please accept my apologies for not making myself clear that I wasn't talking to you or about you.
