Run the game from the shortcut and click the 'Help' button then click the 'Analyze Your Computer' button, this will run the System Checker and tell you if your card or anything else is compatible with the game.
This game REQUIRES Pixel Shader 1.1, which your card DOES NOT support, so Grumpy is correct, your card is the problem! BTW, your card has an MX440, not MMX440 GPU
