Zero Hour 1.03 NOCD Solution here

Patch the game as usuall then just use the 1.02 NOCD cracked exe.

Dont use the GAME.DAT file that you needed for the 1.02 patch. Just the 1.02 NOCD exe. Now play Zero Hour 1.03 with no cd
